CUSTOM DUTY & TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your NECTAAR product. For hygienic reasons we can not refund money for cosmetics, oils, etc.
Any product that you return must be in the condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging.
You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your invoice.
The shipping costs for the return of your product will not be covered by us and will be borne by you.
How to return an item?
1. Contact us via email ( leonie@maati-maati.com) letting us know that you want to return the item.
2. Send the item back to us.
3. When the product arrived at our showroom and it´s in new condition, we'll transfer your payment back.
Jewelry, mats, shawls and all items ordered with a discount cannot be returned.
